3.Brief introduction :

The solvent extraction plant is part of vegetable oil processing plant which is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% oil lLD soyabean fter flaking or it extracts oils from prepressed or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil lLD sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.

In order to meet different clients’ requirement on different solvent extraction plants, we established a large scope of solvent extraction equipments with capacity from 300kg to 100MT. The oil grade after refined can reach to Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc.

Brief introduction of oil refienry :

Oil refinery plant refers to a series of refining processes that can remove phospholipids, FFA, pigment, off-flavor and other impurities in the oil. Edible oil refinery or vegetable oil refinery is essential to ensure removal of guLD, waxes, phosphatides and free fatty acid (F. F.A.) from the oil. To impart uniform colur by removal of coloring pigments and to get rid of unpleasant smell from the oil by removal of odiferous matter. It suitable for refining various crude oil, vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil,etc.

1. Degumming: In this step guLD in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.

2. Neutralization: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by adsorption on soap.

3. Bleaching. During bleaching, unwanted pigments are adsorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.

4. Deodorization. Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.

5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas).

Some kinds of oil lLD sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed, the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. So this process is necessary in extremely cold areas.
