Introduction of Sunflower Oil Plant:
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure.Non-condensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, noncondensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser.
Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated water from going to the solvent holding tank.
The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save energy. Noncondensable gas from energy saver enters desolventizing condenser, in which a great deal of gas is condensed, and the tail gas is discharged into the final condenser.
The solvent gas from the extractor enters extraction condenser, and the noncondensable tail gas enters the final condenser.For the free gas in final condenser, diversion box, holding tank, underground solvent library and miscella tank, cool them with low temperatured cold water to recycle most of solvent gas. The tail gas with little solvent goes to paraSunflower Oil Plantin recovery process.

1. Edible Oil Refinery Plant

In order to achieving a good quality of sunflower oil ( good Taste, Good Odor , Good Appearance and storage easily.), The Crude sunflower oil obtained by screw pressing and solvent extraction of sunflower seed will be sent to refinery to refining ( Degumming, Alkali Refining; Bleaching; Deodorizing; Dewaxing( some edible oil); fractionation ( some edible oil)

2. Edible Oil Refinery Plant --Degumming

Crude sunflower oil contain gums, or gum like material. These consist largely of different carbohydrates,

proteins and nitrogen compounds, and can be divided into hydratable and nonhydratable gums.If these

are not removed before the fat or oil is exposed to the high temperatures used in deodorization or

deacidification/deodorization, quality problems can well emerge. This is because the gum can give rise to problematic emulsions that in turn result in a significant waste of oil that could otherwise provide revenue.Water, chemicals or enzymes These gums can be removed using either water degumming, other specialist degumming and special degumming processes. Hydratable gums can be removed using water, because they absorb water and then become insoluble in oil. They are then removed using centrifugation .

Nonhydratable gums, on the other hand, are normally removed using a form of acid hydrolysis or caustic soda neutralization – phosphoric acid is the most common because it is the most cost effective.

Adding such acids also helps remove any trace metals by making them form insoluble complexes.

4. Sunflower oil Refining machine --Deodorization

Deodorization is an absolute necessity in processing palm oil fats and oils. How efficiently it is done

determines what you can achieve in your processing operations as a whole, in terms of removing odours,

pigments and volatile substances.

When processing palm oil and animal fats, it is crucially important to remove any undesirable

compounds that can affect flavour, odour, stability and colour. Deodorization is a vacuum steam

distillation process in which steam is passed through such oils at very low pressure and relatively high

temperature in order to remove any such substances still present after the preceding processing stages.

4 Sunflower oil Refining ---Dry Fractionation

In edible oil processing, a fractionation process consists of a controlled cooling of the oil, thereby inducing a partial, or ‘fractional’, crystallization. The remaining liquid (olein) is then separated from the solid fraction (stearin) by means of a filtration or centrifugation.

(4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
