Transferring principle and features:

Buried scraper conveyer is closed in the rectangle-section shell.,and continuously transfers scattered materials by moving scraper chain. In the transferring process,scraper chain is buried in the transferred materials, so buried scraper conveyer is called.

During the levelly transferring, materials are effected upon pressure from scraper chain moving and weight of materials,which cause internal friction between materials.The friction keeps a steady state between materials,and it is enough to overcome external friction which establishes by materials moving in tank, thus makes materials form continuous complete flow to be transferred.

When be lifted straight,materials are effected upon pressure from scraper chain moving,and side pressure from level direction is caused between materials, So internal friction of materials forms. Because of continuous feeding from next level section, materials from next section pushes gradually those from last section. It is enough that the friction and thrust overcome external friction and materials’weight when materials are moving in tank, So continuous complete materials flow form and be lifted.
