Is heavy thinking ruining your life?

Well, it's time to confess: I've got a problem. Yes, I've finally put years of denial behind me and entered a 12-step program. (The last couple of posts here really put me over the edge...) Here's where I saw the light:

It started out innocently enough. I began to think at parties now and then to loosen up. Inevitably though, one thought led to another and soon I was more than just a social thinker...

I can stop anytime I want. Really.

A few months ago I thought :), "What would it be like to just go through a day w/out analyzing and just being invovled w/the everyday tasks of living? Why don't I just focus on getting the housework, schoolwork, etc. done? Be more task oriented." Yeah, right.

Thankfully, my energies are not consumed with survival.

But, I do need to go fedd the kids breakfast. Thanks for the laugh, Bonnie.

Love it! Reminds me of the Far Side cartoon that says "Harold decided to have his brain stapled to curb his excessive thinking." Yet another addiction analogy...
