Compassionate cogitation

Some seek knowledge for the sake of knowledge:
That is curiosity;
Others seek knowledge so that they themselves may be known:
That is vanity;
But there are still others who seek knowledge in order to serve and edify others;
And that is charity.

- Bernard of Clairvaux

Thanks so much for that, Laura. A great quote for me to take with me to women's ministry meetings :)

This could be the theme for our blog, don't you think?

Nice quote!

It is now a routine for me to visit this site --- and truly interesting to read.

thought I could share this to everyone. I've been to a different debate with friend atheists --- and everytime I debate with them---I always not forget this to myself,

" During debate I may sound intellectuall and pround - but most important to me is to defend God is to lead to faith and sanctify, for it is a road to "Truth' and sanctify means loving God, and obey God's will is for us to know Him and to be ready to give reason for "HOPE", for JESUS is Truth.

I truly admire women who can stand for Jesus and only for Jesus.

God bless you all.
