For some reason, GodBlogCon always seems to coincide with the time of year when there is nothing on my blog worth reading. I meet numerous people who have never read my blog and am ashamed to tell them about my blog during such a dry season. This year, though, I’ve decided to be better prepared. Not by actually writing new, worthy material (that would take too much effort) but rather by preemptively recycling old posts.
Here are five posts on a few of my favorite topics—art, sex, language, philosophy, blogging—that were written when I was more inspired.

Sorry Joe, I'm not buying it. :) I met you at last years GodBlogCon and have been a reader ever since. Looking forward to seeing you and the other Christian bloggers again tonight at GBC.

Joe.....I hope those aren't ranked in any particular order....art and sex could not POSSIBLY come before philosophy!

Hey Joe,
While you may feel as if you are going through a "dry spell"...let me assure you that you were great at the 2006 God Blog Con.
In fact...God used one of your comments on the first panel discussion "Bridging the Christian Divide" to touch, convict and challenge me. It's the one thought that grabbed a hold of me and that I will walk away with and I hope will guide me as I continue to be a Christian blogger.
Your words were simple, yet profound and will challenge me continually. "To be a better blogger, I need to be a better Christian. Be more humble."
Thank you Joe...pleasure meeting you and hearing you speak at this years event. I hope to do so in the future.
Lord's blessings...Susan

You can always blog about my blog. :)
Yeah, it was meant as a joke, but it actually might be a good idea to check it out.
