After the beating I've been taking over my series on Ritalin, I've decided to take a few days before finishing the fourth (and hopefully final) post. I knew it would be a controversial topic but I didn't expect it would take three long entries just to defend my premise.

This is an already touchy subject and my inabilities as a writer cetainly haven't helped. While I don't mean to intentionally offend anyone, I still have to stand by my assertion that ADD is a very real and debilitating malady that is grossly overdiagnosed. That being the premise, I hope that you'll bear with me as I elaborate on the resulting conclusions.

I relish discussing controversial topics but they can be extremely wearying. In the meantime I'll try to broaden out and touch on a few other topics over the next few days. By the end of the week I'll bring this series to a conclusion. Thanks for all the interest and the comments. They've been greatly appreciated.

Now...what to write about. Hmm...maybe I should take up cat-blogging...
