I hate to break it to all of the misguided Redskin fans, but the return of Coach Joe Gibbs isn’t going to save your fallen team.
I know what you’re thinking. If Bill Parcell’s can turn the Cowboys around in one season then maybe there's hope for the Skins. Miracles, can happen, its true. But there’s only one problem: Gibbs, a great man and a good coach, ain’t no Big Tuna. (To be fair, though Gibbs can’t bring his team up to the Cowboy's level he may be able to make them the “Arizona Cardinals of the NFC East.”)
The best news, though, comes from Ben Domenech who says, “No work will be done in Washington today.” Heck, if that’s true then forget the Skins. Let’s make Gibbs the President!

Cowboy's level? Are we talking about defining middle class again or have we moved on to defining lower class?

***...or have we moved on to defining lower class***
Since we're talking about the Redskins I guess in way we are defining the lower class.

Gibbs may not be the Tuna, but then, neither is Parcells, any more. He can motivate players to play over their heads for a year or so, and then his shtick gets old. I still think that Belichick was the main brain in the Parcells operation.

I think Parcells goal right now is to coach every football team in the league. The man cannot stand in one spot for any length of time.
