I can't disclose my sources but I was leaked this post before Leiter was able to post it:

Although I thought I had surpassed the facility of being stupefied by the rampant onanistic introspection in the blogosphere, I was nonplussed to discover those aspirants to my intellectual magnitude (as if that possibility could be broached by a PhD in poli sci after all?) would deem to cast aspersions on such a Brobdingnagian intellect as Chomsky.

The potentiality that conservatives are perspicacious enough to diagnosticate their own deficiencies vis a vis their complete and utter disregard for the genius of Chomsky confirms my recurrent predictions that they are imbeciles and it is inexorably accordant to an appraisal of why neo-Straussians (who often labor on Machiavelli when such scholarship in no longer germane to the post-Vidal reality) have difficulty despoiling their bowels without the aid of their materfamilias.

Um, yeah, I'm not sure what it's about either but I think he is saying something about how conservatives can't even take a poop without our mommies. Of course, I'm not as smart as Leiter so it's hard to be sure.
