End of Week Roundup

New Weblog Showcase vote #1: Indirect Proof has a remarkably fair and balanced post on Rush Limbaugh and his critics. In defending our realm on the political spectrum we often forget that other humans are involved. Fawn Nast provides a gentle reminder that our political opponents are still human and deserve to be treated as such.

New Weblog Showcase vote #2: Though I don't agree with his politics and I think his reasoning leaves something to be desired, my second vote goes to Jeff Morrow's entry "The Stupidest Slumber Party Ever". It's so well-written that I have to give him the credit he deserves.

Continuing the Revolution: Last week I wrote about how to get linked to Instapundit. Now the Commissar from The Politburo Diktat has some words of wisdom about what to do after the Instaspike. It's useful advice even if Glenn never glances your way.

An American Soldier If you've ever heard Toby Keith's new song "An American Soldier" then you'll want to head over to Note-It Posts and read the lyrics.

The Blogulator: Indirect Response longs for a tool to separate the deserving political blogs from those that are "shrilly thuggish and blusteringly petulant". (Hat Tip: King of Fools)

The Schizm: Exultate Justi analyzes the widening gap between the Left and Right.

Blogger to Watch: Bill Wallo of Wallo World is the only lawyer-blogger I've seen who can analyze both the moral legitimacy of suicide bombings and the latest series of Batman comics (let's see Eugene Volokh do that). Wallo provides a balance of literary/legal criticism that is refreshing. You definitely need to check him out.

If you ever want to volunteer as a "meta-blogger" at blogs4God ... just say the word. The above post is proof that you are more than capable! Good stuff!
